Laser cutting services of silver and gold

As a direct manufacturer of jewelry components, we’re also using laser cut technology to produce jewelry from 925 silver and 585 gold on a large scale. Currently we offer sterling silver components in the following sheet thicknesses: 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 mm. The minimum quantity for order 1.0 or 1.2 thickness is 1000 grams. In the case of gold components, we offer thickness of a 0.3 mm. Advanced laser technology allows us to produce the designs very accurately. We are able to achieve such a precision, using specialized computer software.
We produce our own, innovative and unique designs of jewelry, as well as individual ideas of our clients, based on vector designs sent to us. In the absence of dedicated computer software designs, we are also able to make a laser cut jewelry project based on sent sketches, photos and even descriptions of the ideas. The tags are cut out on specially designed and automated machines for mass production, thanks to which we are able to produce very large orders in the very short time.
